Pennsylvania Public Employees Credit Union (PSECU) has hired Quandel Construction Group to be the construction manager for his or her new corporate headquarters located at the intersection of Kohn Road & Elmerton Avenue in Harrisburg, PA. The 239,000 square foot, 3-story facility is a steel frame structure with open office space utilizing a raised floor access system and modular office furniture for flexibility. The interior features an open atrium and common area staircases for easy access between floors. Large skylights, open floor window/curtain and plan systems allow natural light to fill the building. The roof is a TPO system with a big roof garden for use by employees. The facility sits on 47 acres and will accommodate 750 employees and invite for future expansion.
